The project covers comprehensive fitout works, including the gym with flooring, mirrors, wall finishes and equipment integration; Boon Café with counters, flooring, finishes and decorative elements; and the WPA Store with display counters, shelving, and interior finishes. The reception area is upgraded with counters, feature walls, flooring and finishes, while playgrounds and outdoor activity areas receive surfacing and finishes. General interior works include flooring, walls, ceilings, paint, glass partitions, aluminum and metal finishes. Building systems cover electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary works, with full FF&E coordination. The scope concludes with testing, commissioning and handover.
