Construction Works
The project encompasses the full-scale facility construction, including site preparation, earthworks, structural and concrete works, blockwork, masonry, roofing and waterproofing. It covers external façades, cladding, aluminum, glazing and metal works, interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery and carpentry installations. All building systems are included — HVAC, plumbing and drainage, electrical and lighting, fire alarm, firefighting and ELV systems. Specialized sports facilities are integrated, including padel courts, surfacing, enclosures, spectator seating, locker rooms, showers, sanitary facilities, café and retail fitouts. External works, landscaping, parking areas, signage and branding are incorporated, concluding with testing, commissioning, handover, health, safety and environmental management, and coordination with consultants, vendors and client representatives.
