Construction Works
The project covers complete construction works, beginning with site preparation and earthworks followed by structural and concrete works, blockwork, masonry, roofing and waterproofing. External façades, cladding, aluminum and glazing as well as internal partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, painting, joinery and carpentry are included. All building systems are addressed, including mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, irefighting and ELV systems such as CCTV, access control and data networks. The scope also incorporates external works, landscaping, playground equipment, signage and decorative elements, concluding with testing, commissioning and handover, while ensuring strict health, safety and environmental management and ongoing coordination with consultants, suppliers and client representatives.
