The project encompasses full-scale office construction and fit-out, starting with site preparation, enabling works, structural and concrete construction, blockwork, masonry, roofing and waterproofing. It includes external façades, curtain walls, aluminum, glazing, cladding, interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes and high-end joinery and fit-out works. All building systems are covered — mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, firefighting, ELV and IT/communication infrastructure — alongside office furniture and workstation installations. External works, landscaping, parking and access roads are delivered as part of the scope, culminating in testing, commissioning and handover, with continuous health, safety, environmental management and coordination with consultants, vendors and client teams.
