The project includes complete interior renovation and fit-out works, starting with site preparation, demolition and internal space reconfiguration. It covers floor, wall and ceiling finishes, marble, granite, decorative stone, high-end joinery, carpentry, gypsum and feature ceilings, painting, wall cladding, glass, aluminum and metal works. Building systems include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, ELV, fire alarm and firefighting, along with acoustic and insulation works. Office furniture, workstations, signage and branding ard coordinated, while external landscaping, hardscaping, interlocks, paving and outdoor features are delivered. The scope concludes with testing, commissioning, handover and full health, safety, environmental management and coordination with consultants, suppliers and client teams.
