The project includes fit-out works for the gym, reception and corridors, covering flooring, wall finishes, mirrors, counters, feature walls, ceiling treatments, painting and decorative finishes. Glass partitions and aluminum framing are installed in the reception and corridors alongside lighting and electrical systems. HVAC and ventilation modifications are carried out as required with full coordination of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E). The scope concludes with testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring fully functional, well-finished and coordinated interior spaces.
