The project includes complete interior fit-out and workspace refurbishment, covering carpet and parquet flooring, ceiling works, false ceilings and lighting system installation and upgrades. Glass partitions, aluminum framing, HVAC installation, AC fixing, plumbing, drainage and sanitary works are included along with workstation joinery, office furniture coordination, painting and decorative finishes. Electrical and ELV system adjustments are carried out, with full coordination of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The scope concludes with testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring a fully functional, upgraded and coordinated office environment.
