The project encompasses full-scale educational facility construction including site preparation, earthworks, structural and concrete works, blockwork, masonry, roofing and waterproofing. It covers external façades, cladding, aluminum, glazing, curtain walls, interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, carpentry and decorative painting. All building systems are included—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, firefighting and ELV systems. Classroom and laboratory fit-outs, auditoriums, multipurpose halls, sports facilities, playgrounds and outdoor courts are integrated, alongside external works, landscaping, boundary walls, parking and access roads. The scope concludes with testing, commissioning, handover, health, safety, environmental management and coordination with consultants, suppliers and client representatives.
