The scope includes comprehensive gym fit-out and refurbishment works, starting with site preparation, demolition and structural modifications followed by blockwork, internal partitions, roofing and waterproofing. Architectural finishes, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, aluminum, glass, metal, joinery and carpentry installations are all covered. Building systems such as HVAC for ventilation and cooling, plumbing and drainage, electrical and lighting, fire alarm, firefighting, ELV, and sound systems are fully integrated. The project also addresses specialized gym equipment coordination, external façade, signage, parking improvements and concludes with testing, commissioning and handover, while maintaining strict health, safety, and environmental compliance and coordination with consultants, suppliers and client representatives.
